Permanent 

    Separation from salvation

You chose

Free will 

You knew

                          You created suffering when you chose

                          I will not be blamed

                          Death is far from me

                         Thy breach is great like the sea

                         Do they not err that devise evil?

                          Give thanks for the power of the Buddha's prayer.

                          All those who hear and wish to ascend to Heaven

                          will surely achieve rebirth in the Pure Land of Great

                          Peace and will obtain enlightenment from which

                          there is no retrogression. Heiwa Wo!
